I am running a small institute right now where we teach English to Asian people in our country and I must say, the business is going a-okay and we get a lot of people enrolling with us to learn more on the language. We have Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Filipino, Korean, Malaysian and sometimes, we even have some Mexicans enrolling a short term with us. I now have around twenty teachers to teach in my institute and all of them gets paid well because we never at a lost for students. My only problem here is I am having some problems with the payroll because I am both the General Manager and the one man human resource team in my company. I am looking right now for a good HR software that could help me organize everything and I think a nice employee payroll software would come in handy, especially at payday, the time when I always stay late in the office so I could get everything balanced and make sure that my teachers will get their pay on time without inadvertently giving them more or less pay. I just hope that there are some software companies that could help me do things easier.
