I have a big problem right now because my head accountant has just left my company and I have no idea which stuff to do so my business would not get tumultuous. She left because another company was able to pirate her and I have no right to keep her from getting it since I don’t have it in her contract that she can’t leave the company, plus the fact that the other company is offering him something bigger than what I am offering her.
Yesterday, my friend told me that I should try Microsoft dynamics GP since it is proven good and at the same time, since I still have a couple of accountants, I should just have them trained and get that old great plains accounting software running in my office so I would not need to worry too much if people decides to call it quits on me. This should also help me organize everything so I would not need to have bulky accounting books lying around in the office because I could always have them saved in the computer and I can always have multiple copies of it via memory cards, CDs or USB Memory sticks.
